01
The goal
A complete redesign and rebrand of innogy.cz, together with a full design system that supports modularity and future development.
02
My approach
I was involved from the very beginning. I studied the company's new vision and how people think about energy and gas: what information they look for and which extra services they might value.
The overall conversion journey was the central aim. The modular design system went on to power other innogy websites as well, including Innogy24 and kariera.innogy.cz.
03
My work
- 01Led the cooperation with innogy
- 02Created a new information architecture
- 03Built 50+ page templates and reusable components
- 04Designed an energy calculator to win new customers
- 05Ran user tests, including writing the test script
- 06Gathered feedback through online forms and A/B tests
04
The result
Within three months of launch, completion rates for the energy calculator increased by 350%.
Key takeaway
Business goals have to be weighed against real empathy for the customer. Even an information-heavy service can feel simple when user needs come first.
